grain? For the first time, the Dietary Guidelines have
specific recommendations for whole grain consumption separate from those

dieting, a confirmation of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle program

The latest C-SNAP study shows that household food insecurity, even without child food insecurity, is linked to the level of health and need for hospital visits among young children.
