New Food Stamp Public
Service Announcements Now Available! Five new public service
announcements (PSAs) about the Food Stamp Program are now available
on the Food and Nutrition Service website. Audio files and scripts for
the PSAs are both available online. |
The Briefing Room provides an overview of the Food Stamp Program. ERS research on this topic is highlighted, with links to recommended readings and other briefing rooms covering food and nutrition assistance programs. | School Physical Education Programs Adopt Skateboarding Curriculum to Spark Students' Interest in Physical Activity As part of a growing trend toward physical education classes that aim to spark children's interest in physical activity in and outside of school, five schools in Colorado have implemented a pre-packaged skateboarding curriculum, the Associated Press reports. |
